zigvid is a free, privately owned, user generated website, where broadcasting and social networking are perfectly combined in a worry-free environment.

zigvid is available to all web surfers, but in order to upload videos and content you must be a member. Unlike other video and social networking sites, zigvid is an exclusive, by invitation only club. This helps maintain the integrity of zigvid while encouraging a close-knit social network of users.

The creators of zigvid feel the internet has provided many benefits including the increased ability to spread and share information, communicate with others and develop new interests. With so much material out there, and a lack of user accountability, we are constantly inundated with objectionable content on public and high traffic websites. Some of this content is not only offensive, it is a threat to our values and safety, and most importantly to our children, even within the safety of the home.

The major difference between zigvid and other video content sites such as YouTube is that all zigvid content is screened before it is posted on the site. No inappropriate content will be posted on zigvid. That means a smart, clean and fun environment that reflects your values and ensures that all the content you see is the kind of stuff you want to see, each and every time.

The zigvid ("zigvid") Internet Website Terms of Use

Our goal at zigvid is to make it as easy as possible to share your content (videos, photos, etc.) with your friends and others. As a user, we need to have you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). This is how we build a great community. zigvid provides content and other services through the Site and/or the Services. Certain information, text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, illustrations, creative writing, artwork, sounds, music, videos, games, blogs, podcasts, interactive features, documents, products and services and other materials provided on and through the Site and/or the Services, including content, trademarks, logos, graphics and images that are not Submissions (as defined below) (together, the "Materials") are provided to you by zigvid and are the copyrighted work of zigvid or zigvid's contributors.

zigvid grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use and to display the Materials and use the Services and the Site solely for your personal noncommercial use. You acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Materials in any manner. This limited license terminates automatically, without notice to you, if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination of this limited license, you agree to immediately destroy any downloaded or printed Materials. Except as stated herein, you acknowledge that you have no right, title or interest in or to the Site or any Materials on any legal basis.

You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including, without limitation, robots, spiders, offline readers, etc., that accesses the Site in a manner that sends more request messages to the Site's server in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line browser. Notwithstanding the foregoing, zigvid grants operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the Site for the sole purpose of creating publicly available search indices of the Materials and Submissions (as defined below), but not caches or archives of such Materials and Submissions.

You may need a password to login to the Site and to use the Services or certain functions and areas within the Site ("Restricted Areas"). If you are an authorized member of the Services or the Restricted Areas, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and agree to notify zigvid if your password is lost, stolen, or disclosed to an unauthorized third party, or otherwise may have been compromised. You are responsible for activities that occur under your account. Submissions

You acknowledge that you are responsible for the user profiles, content, text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, illustrations, creative writing, artwork, sounds, music, videos, games, podcasts, blogs, interactive features, information and other material that you submit (each a "Submission") on or through the Site, posting areas, emails, or the Services, and that you, and not zigvid, will have full responsibility for each such Submission, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality and copyright. Unless otherwise explicitly stated herein or in the zigvid Privacy Policy, you agree that any Submission provided by you in connection with this Site and/or the Services in public posting areas is provided on a non-proprietary and non-confidential basis. You agree that zigvid shall be free to use or disseminate a Submission that is posted in public posting areas on an unrestricted basis for any purpose, including, without limitation, promotional use. zigvid will impose a limit on the size of your transmissions, which may change from time to time. Currently, zigvid allows you to post Submissions that are up to one hundred megabytes (100MB) in size or ten (10) minutes or less in time per Submission. zigvid reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any Submission that is excessive in length.

When you first post your Submission to the Site, your Submission will be accessible only to those users whom you designate as your "friends" on the Site. zigvid will review your Submission, generally within twenty-four (24) hours of your posting the Submission to the Site. Upon zigvid's review, zigvid shall have the right to: (I) post your Submission to the zigvid community at large on and through the Site and/or Services or (II) remove your Submission, in whole or in part, if such Submission contains any content that zigvid determines is offensive, pornographic, obscene, defamatory and/or does not meet the community standards established by zigvid for the Site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, zigvid does not monitor, evaluate or police any Submissions or other content or information submitted by you to the Site for the purposes of identifying and screening out material that could be infringing third party copyright rights. Community Standards for Postings

zigvid asks that you respect our on-line community and other individuals. When posting Submissions to or otherwise using the Site and/or the Services, you agree not to:

• Use "robots" or "spiders."
• Post advertisements or solicitations of business.


This list of prohibitions is an example and is not complete or exclusive. These prohibitions do not require zigvid to monitor or remove any Submissions or other information submitted by our or any other user. zigvid reserves the right to terminate your access to your account and/or your ability to post to the Site or use the Services with or without cause and with or without notice, or for any action that zigvid determines is inappropriate or disruptive to the Site, Services or to any other user of the Site and/or Services. zigvid may report to law enforcement authorities any actions that may be illegal, and any reports it receives of such conduct. When legally required or at zigvid's discretion, zigvid will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in any investigation of alleged illegal activity on the Internet.

Unauthorized Activities
